A thorough interior & exterior reset

St Catherines Court is a multi-floor commercial office building in Sunderland. The property required a comprehensive dilapidation package at lease end, covering both the interior office floors and the exterior elevations — one of the more complete programmes Renova Projects UK has delivered.

The works required careful sequencing: exterior works — including roof cleaning, window respraying and external redecoration — were completed first, followed by a full interior programme of redecoration, electrical overhaul and carpet replacement.

The building was handed back in a thoroughly refreshed condition, with all elements addressed to the landlord's satisfaction.
