A multi-trade dilapidation completed in a single visit

Wigglesworth House is a mid-rise commercial office building in London. At the end of the tenancy, the occupier was required to return the space to landlord condition — a package of works spanning several trades that needed coordinating within a tight handback window.

Renova Projects UK managed and delivered the full programme — removing IT equipment and cabling left behind by the outgoing tenant, carrying out a full EICR, replacing carpet throughout, repairing blinds, and completing a professional window clean — all within a single coordinated programme to meet the landlord's handback deadline.

The space was handed back clean, tested and in a re-lettable condition.
