Bespoke seating out, new carpet in

This Moorgate office had a substantial custom-built bench seating installation running the length of the space — a bespoke joinery piece with integrated power and data provisions that was no longer required by the occupier.

Renova Projects UK was brought in to remove the seating cleanly, make good the floor area underneath, and reinstate commercial carpet tiles throughout to bring the space back to a clean, open-plan condition.

Works were carried out with minimal disruption to the building, with the seating dismantled and removed and new carpet laid in a single programme.
