Full exterior redecoration — scaffold access, surface preparation, new colour scheme & microporous coatings
Lancaster House is a prominent commercial property on the high street in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. The building required a complete exterior refresh — the existing paintwork had deteriorated and the colour scheme no longer complemented its surroundings.
Renova Projects UK was appointed to deliver the full scope of exterior redecoration works, including erection of full scaffold, thorough surface preparation across all elevations, and application of a bold new colour scheme selected to better suit the building's setting and give it a clean, modern presence on the street.
All timber windows and entrance doors received a microporous coating — allowing the timber to breathe while providing long-lasting weather protection. Window frames, fascia, soffits and external panels were painted to a high standard throughout.
