One of our largest exterior programmes

Fusion House is a large commercial office building in Peterborough. The exterior had deteriorated significantly over time, with the paintwork on the façade and all window frames requiring a complete overhaul to restore the building's appearance and protect the substrate.

Renova Projects UK was contracted to deliver the full exterior redecoration programme across the entire building envelope — covering approximately 2,640 m² of façade and window frame surfaces. This makes it one of the largest single exterior projects we have delivered to date.

Works were carefully planned with scaffold access arranged across all elevations, with full surface preparation carried out prior to the application of the new finish. The result was a transformed building that stands out in its surroundings.
