Shop front repair and repaint, new storeroom ceiling, new lighting, and brass kick plate on a historic retail unit in Bath
This independent retailer in Bath city centre occupied a characterful Victorian shop unit with ornate ironwork and curved display windows — the kind of frontage that defines a high street. The paintwork had deteriorated badly, the storeroom ceiling was failing, and the lighting in the back of house was inadequate for daily use.
Renova carried out a targeted programme to put the building right: full repair and repaint of the shop front metalwork and frame, a new ceiling and light fixture in the storeroom, and a new brass kick plate on the entrance door — which we included at no extra charge because it was the right thing to do to finish the job properly.
The result is a shop front that looks the part on one of Bath's busiest shopping streets, and a storeroom that's actually functional.
