Renova Projects UK supports facilities managers, building surveyors and property teams with refurbishment, dilapidations and maintenance works across commercial buildings in London and the South East.
"Managing a building often means coordinating different trades, chasing progress, and dealing with gaps between responsibilities. Renova removes that friction."
We take control of the full scope — organising trades, managing sequencing, and delivering works as one coordinated package. Our clients deal with a single point of contact from initial survey through to handover. There's no passing the problem between contractors, no programme gaps and no ambiguity about who's responsible when something needs resolving.
We work primarily with facilities managers, chartered surveyors and property teams who need works delivered to a standard that stands up to scrutiny — on time, within budget, with the documentation to prove it.
All trades, all materials, all management — covered under a single fixed-price contract. No fragmented supply chains and no ambiguity about scope.
A clear, agreed schedule from the start. Works are properly sequenced, phased around live environments where needed, and delivered to the dates that were committed to.
One person to call. One team responsible for the outcome. If something needs attention, it is dealt with — not redirected to a subcontractor for you to chase.
Renova combines over 50 years of hands-on trade and construction experience with more than 20 years of structured commercial project management. That combination matters: site problems are recognised early, works are sequenced properly, and delivery is controlled from start to finish.
We operate using a trusted network of vetted subcontractors — all managed under a single contract and held to the same standards as directly employed labour. This approach allows projects to scale efficiently without sacrificing control over quality, safety or programme.
Our work is often time-sensitive and carried out in live, occupied buildings. Clear planning, proper coordination and zero tolerance for disruption to day-to-day operations isn't a selling point — it's a prerequisite.
We don't quote from a brief. We visit the site, understand the existing conditions, and price from what's actually there — not what the drawings suggest. That's how we provide fixed-price quotes that stay fixed.
Before works begin, clients receive a clear programme showing what happens when. Sequencing, phasing for occupied buildings, out-of-hours requirements and key milestones are all set out and agreed before anyone sets foot on site.
The same person who surveyed the building manages the delivery. There's no handover to a separate site team and no hunting around for updates. Progress is communicated proactively, not when you ask for it.
Handover includes full documentation — photographic records, compliance certificates, RAMS, and anything else required by the client, the landlord or the building's insurer. Works are snagged internally before we sign off.
From Cat A shell to fully occupied workspace. Partitioning, flooring, lighting, M&E, cabling, kitchen and branding — all under one contract. We also carry out refurbishments of existing occupied offices with minimal disruption.
Office Refurbishment →Strip-out, reinstatement, redecoration and M&E making-good for tenants facing a Schedule of Dilapidations. We work from an existing schedule or scope works ahead of one being issued. Fixed price, fast survey.
Office Dilapidations →Structured PPM programmes that keep buildings compliant and in good condition. Scheduled inspections, minor works and compliance checks, managed proactively — before reactive problems arise and cost significantly more.
Planned Maintenance →Much of our work takes place in buildings that cannot stop operating. We plan phasing and out-of-hours schedules from the start — not as an afterthought — so businesses keep running and works still complete on time.
How we work in occupied buildings →EICR testing and certification, LED lighting upgrades with PIR and daylight sensing, and EPC improvement works. All carried out by qualified electricians with in-house remedial works when required.
EICR & Electrical Testing →Fire door inspections, EICR surveys and compliance documentation for landlords and property managers. Clear reports, photographic evidence and a single contractor to carry out any remedial works identified.
Fire Door Inspection →Renova Projects UK operates to recognised industry standards with structured processes for health & safety, documentation and handover. Our accreditations are independently assessed — not self-declared — and are renewed to reflect current standards. For clients, landlords and managing agents, this means our credentials are verifiable before a project begins.
